The Oasis Animal Sanctuary, Inc. is committed to relieving the suffering of companion animals, horses, farm animals, and other pets. Its Five Initiatives are:

1. Adoption services
2. Sterilization assistance
3. Animal education programs
4. A place of refuge for horses and farm animals legally confiscated by animal control agencies
5. Permanent care for certain animals. Oasis uses a "no-kill" philosophy as its guiding principal
