The Oasis Animal Sanctuary's goal is to successfully match your lifestyle and needs to your newly adopted companion animal.  Here is how it works:

Step 1:

Meet the following requirements to proceed with our adoption form:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.

• You must present ID showing your current address.

• You must provide time and money for good veterinary care and training.

 

Step 2:

If you meet our adoption requirements, download and complete our adoption application, or complete online.

 

 

 

Step 3:

If you have completed the .pdf application, please mail it to:
